How to navigate to the web courses: go to the ORA U internet home page http://www.fda.gov/ora/training/

Click on "State, Local & Tribal Regulators" (bottom center of the page) and you arrive here http://www.fda.gov/ora/training/orau/state/welcome.htm and this page provides a link to register https://www.compliancewire.com/secure/custom/FDAORAUSelfReg.asp (free for FDA, State, Local & Tribal Regulators), an overview and the curriculums for shellfish (a lot of this is in development), retail, manufactured food, milk and feed control.  This is not available to non-government regulators.  Jim Fear at FDA's ORA U can be contacted for information regarding available training materials to those who do not have access to ORA U.  His number and email is 301-827-8725,  james.fear@fda.hhs.gov.

Fill out the registration form and when it's completed, click "register". It can take up to 5 business days for ORA U to process and send you your "company code" and "user ID". This will be e-mailed to you with "ORA U" in the title. Do not delete as Send me an e-mail if you don't get processed in time.

Once you have your "company code" and "user ID" you'll sign on here https://www.compliancewire.com/Secure/logon-cwire.asp at EduNeering's ComplianceWire.

Once you have logged on, your screen will have a "to do" list that may not be populated with any courses.

On the top left, there is a box that is your "I Want to ..." and click on "knowledge finder" and a screen comes up listing courses by "category". Click on "Food" and a listing of food related courses pops up. Go to the bottom of page 2 and you'll find the TB courses.
