The Board shall manage the affairs of the Conference. The Board may act on behalf of the Voting Delegates between voting Conference meetings, in keeping with the spirit and intent of the delegates. Any decision or action taken by the Board which would require Voting Delegate approval in accordance with the remainder of this Constitution, By-Laws, or Procedures, shall be submitted as a proposal to the next voting meeting for concurrence or correction.
